Pink strawberry smoothie spill on yellow bedroom carpet! Oh NO!

It was a calm Tuesday morning until a cry arose from the bedroom.  Oh NO!  

I took a quick look - Jason had just left to clean a church but he was early.  I called him back  -- this was too much for just a rag and some spotter.  

Jason came and wiped up the spill, then started extracting the pink embedded in the yellow carpet.

Fortunately we protected the carpet immediately after installing it, before putting furniture in our son's room, and every time we cleaned it since.  That meant that the fibers would resist taking the pink color into themselves, even though the carpet is five years old now.

 Even the Beanie Baby Scorpion got baptized with pink smoothie -- he got a bath.
