Pollen, pollen everywhere!

If the spring pollen is bothering your family with allergy symptoms or headaches, here are some tips to survive the spring onslaught.

Keep the windows closed - the pollen will find its way into the house.  Even though the weather is nice, running your air conditioning or fan will circulate and clean the air of pollen granules IF you

Change the air filter frequently - once a month or so during the spring and fall, even in winter and summer you can cut down on dust and allergens by keeping the filter clean.

Take your shoes off outside, and change your clothes when you come in from the yard, washing your hands to remove the pollen on them.

Mother nature will take care of the pollen problem with a good rain, but until then, just know that the pollen will subside soon!
